1. Scope

The technical conditions apply to plates of NVE690 with thickness not less than 80mm. (80mm-300mm)

2. Dimension, Shape, Weight and Permissible Deviation

The dimension, shape, weight and permissible deviation shall meet the requirements of DNV-OS-B101.

Thickness tolerance: -0~+3.0mm

Length tolerance: -0~+50mm

3. Technical conditions

3.1 Chemical composition (Ladle analysis)

The chemical composition of plates shall be accordance with the following table 1.

3.5 Grain size

3.6 Surface quality

The surface quality of plates shall be accordance with DNV-OS-B101

3.7 Ultrasonic inspection

Plates shall be ultrasonic inspected per EN10160 S1E1.

3.8 Test method and inspection rules

Test items, sampling quantity, sampling method and test method shall conform to table 4.
